I was quite disappointed by this book. The information was extremely basic. For just about every item the author said "call 911". We Know Already! Skip to the part where you tell us what to do while waiting for them to arrive. As for what to do before they arrive, the author only details the most simplistic advice. For asthma the advise was "take the emergency inhaler". Anyone who has asthma knows that and most who don't as well. Other parts had incomplete and/or poorly explained advice. I have taken basic first aid in the past and I have had enough injuries over time that maybe what seemed like obvious and unhelpful advice to me is useful for others but overall I feel that you could get more and better information from pod casts about first aid.
